Mark Davis Honored by American Association For Justice

Hawaii-based Lawyer Honored By National Legal Organization

HONOLULU (July 19, 2009) – The American Association for Justice (formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America) presented Honolulu attorney Mark S. Davis with the Wiedemann Wysocki Award  during the organization’s annual convention last week in Vancouver, British Columbia.  The prestigious award honors his contribution towards preserving the civil justice system. It is the third time Davis has received the award.

Davis, a founding partner of the Honolulu law firm of Davis Levin Livingston, has been an active member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice.  As an active court room trial lawyer in Hawaii, Davis has been an outspoken advocate of preserving the right to trial by jury.
